Johanna Chu Yen, MD (China), CA (Fl Lic AP #0000200)

Dr. Yen received her medical degree from Shanghai Second Medical College. She specialized in obstetrics and gynecology in China. Appointed by Governor Chiles, she served two 4-year terms on the State Board of Acupuncture from 1993 to 2000. As a co-founder of the Institute, and the current President, she also teaches courses ATOM.

Xiaoying An, Ph.D. (China) (Fl Lic AP #0001932)

Xiaoyin An started to study TCM in 1992 and received her Bachelor’s Degree in 1997 and Master’s in 2000. She was conferred Ph. D in Acupuncture and Moxibustion at Shanghai University of TCM in 2003. Dr. An has been practicing acupuncture in different hospitals in China since 1996. She has been doing research in neurobiology and infertility for many years. She has published dozens of professional articles in various medical magazines in China. Now she is teaching courses in acupuncture and herbal medicine at ATOM.

Cameron Bishop, M.Ac., A.P., (Fl Lic AP #0000762)

Cameron Bishop lived and worked in Japan for four years studying martial & healing arts. He is state licensed and Board Certified in Acupuncture. He has an accredited Masters in Acupuncture from NIAOM and Bachelors in Psychology and Anthropology from SPU. He is a certified Toyohari Instructor and the current President of the Florida Toyohari Association.

Hsinpo Chen, M.A. (China), M.S.

As associate professor / Vice Director of the Linguistics Program, he taught in the graduate studies at Beijing University and Beijing Foreign Studies University in China since 1960. Invited by Florida International University as a Visiting Scholar in 1981, and also as a Research Professor in 1988, he has taught Chinese Culture and Civilization, English and Chinese Linguistics, Theory and Practice of Tai Chi and Qigong at Florida International University, Barry University as well as NOVA Southeastern University. Professor Chen is an instructor of History of Chinese Medicine, Chinese Language, Tai Chi and Qigong and Food Therapy at ATOM.

Richard Clement, MD

Richard Clement graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 1970, he was granted an ECFMG certification (USA) in 1974 and a Diploma in Homeopathic Studies 1988 (FFSHB). He has practiced Medicine in Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, the US and the Pacific region for the past 20 years. Since 1989 he has lectured worldwide on Homeopathy. He has worked for several homeopathic companies (Heel, Arkopharma) and has worked as a consultant for the National Institute of Health on Complementary Medicine. He created his own line of Homeopathic medications in 2001. He is currently a professor of homeopathy and pharmacology at ATOM.
